Steeltree Construction, Inc. has been serving Central Ohio since 1989. Brad Davis and John Evans are the owners and they have over 60 years of combined experience in the construction industry. We are a full-service interior construction company. Our scope of work includes renovations, interior finishes, tenant packages and new construction. We are highly experienced with demolition, metal studs, drywall, acoustic ceilings, and finish carpentry.

Meet the Team
Bradley Davis - President
Brad is a native of Ohio and a graduate of Grove City High School. Brad has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry and is a Master Carpenter. In April of 1989, Brad and his partner John Evans co-founded Steeltree Construction, Inc. Brad has been an intricate part of Steeltree success over the past 30 years. One of his primary roles within the company is estimating. He has been involved with projects ranging anywhere from $1,000 to $1,000,000. He is a highly skilled carpenter and very knowledgeable in interior and exterior construction.
Brad is the father of 2 children; Daniel 16 and Grace 14. Brad also has a longtime love named Beth. The family enjoys the outdoors and 2 of their favorite activities are skiing and boating. When the seasons permit, you’ll either find them visiting their condo on Lake Erie where their boat “Ships ‘N Giggles” is docked or skiing the hills at Mad River Mountain. There’s nothing more enjoyable then tubbing and riding jet skis on a bright sunny day or floating on top of the white powder down a slippery slope.

John Evans Jr. - Vice President
John is a native of Ohio and a graduate of Briggs High School. John has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry and is a Master Carpenter. In April of 1989, John and his partner Brad Davis co-founded Steeltree Construction, Inc. John has been an intricate part of Steeltree success over the past 30 years. John is involved in estimating and the day to day operations of the company. As well as his partner, John has been involved in projects ranging from $1,000 to $1,000,000.
John and his lovely bride Debbie have been married for 36 years and have 3 beautiful daughters; Julie, Kristie and Kelli. They also have 7 grandchildren; 1 girl and 6 boys. John is very active in his grandchildren’s lives. He attends all their sports activities and really enjoys dressing up at Halloween and taking them trick or treating. When John isn’t working and spending time with his grandchildren, you’ll find him working on his race car. He’s been an avid bracket racer for many years.

Lynda Frost - Office & Accounting Manger/Controller
Lynda is a native of Ohio and is a graduate of Lincoln High School. Lynda lived in Washington State in mid-1985 to late 1989. While living in Washington State, Lynda obtained certification in Accounting and Office Administration from Bothell Community College. She has over 33 years’ experience in accounting and over 26 years in office administration.
Lynda moved back to Ohio in 1989. She began working for Vorys, Sater, Seymour & Pease law firm in January 1990. Then in September 1992, she began working for Steeltree Construction and has been an intricate part of the company ever since. She is very much involved in the day to day operations of the company.
Lynda has been married to her husband Michael for 21 years. They have a daughter named Brittney who recently became married in October 2018. Lynda is looking forward to her daughter having children so she can enjoy spending time and spoiling her grandchildren. Her and Michael enjoy spending time with their daughter and son-in-law and going on vacation with their best friends and their family. Lynda is also an active member of her church.
